Ordering and payment
How do I pay?
Cash on delivery. You pay the courier in cash when the parcel arrives. Nothing is charged when you place the order.
Do I have to pay anything in advance?
No. Cash on delivery is our standard method and requires no advance payment.
What if something is damaged or missing?
Email us within 24 hours of delivery with your order number and a photo or short video, and we will arrange a replacement at no cost. We recommend filming a short video as you unpack — it settles any claim immediately.

How long does delivery take?
Typically 2–4 working days to major cities and 3–6 working days elsewhere in Pakistan.
Do you deliver to my city?
We deliver nationwide through our courier network, including smaller towns.
Is delivery free?
Yes, delivery is included in the prices shown.
The product
Does it need electricity or wiring?
No. It is entirely solar — a panel on top charges a battery inside. There is nothing to plug in and no running cost.
Can I mount it on a wall?
Yes. Every light includes a wall bracket with screws and wall plugs, so you can fit it to a wall, fence or gate post instead of pushing it into the ground. You will need a drill. The solar panel still needs daylight, so pick a spot that gets sun.
Do I have to switch it on each night?
No. There is an on/off button on the pole, and once it is on, a light sensor turns it on at dusk and off at dawn automatically.
How long does it stay lit?
About 8–10 hours on a full charge, which takes roughly 6–8 hours of direct sunlight. Expect less in winter or if the light sits in shade — that is normal for all solar lighting.
Does it need assembly?
Yes, briefly. Each light ships flat-packed — torch head, extension pole, ground spike and wall bracket — and the sections push and twist together by hand in under a minute. No tools are needed for the ground stake; the wall bracket needs a drill.
Will rain damage it?
No. It is rated IP65 and built to stay outside year-round. Do not submerge it or leave it standing in pooled water.
Is the flame hot?
No. It is an LED effect, not a real flame. The light stays cool and is safe around children, pets and plants.
After delivery
What if a light stops working?
Contact us at digitechworldglobal@gmail.com within 7 days of delivery and we will replace a faulty unit. See our Refund Policy for full details.
Can I return something I simply do not want?
Yes, unused and in its original packaging, within 7 days. Return postage is the customer's responsibility.
