1. About these terms

These terms govern your use of this website and any order you place through it. By placing an order you agree to them. Please read them together with our Refund Policy, Shipping Policy and Privacy Policy.

2. Who we are

This store trades as Aangan, selling solar outdoor lighting within Pakistan. You can reach us at digitechworldglobal@gmail.com.

3. Orders

An order placed through this website is an offer to buy. A contract is formed when we confirm and dispatch your order. We may decline or cancel an order before dispatch — for example if the item is out of stock, if the price or description was published in error, or if we cannot verify the delivery details — and we will tell you if we do.

We may contact you by phone, SMS or WhatsApp to confirm an order before dispatch. If we cannot reach you, we may cancel the order.

4. Prices and payment

All prices are in Pakistani Rupees (PKR) and include delivery. Prices may change at any time, but a change will not affect an order we have already confirmed.

Payment is by cash on delivery unless we agree otherwise in writing. You pay the courier when the parcel is delivered.

5. Product information

We describe our products as accurately as we can. Photographs are illustrative; colours may appear differently on different screens, and minor variation in finish is normal. Stated battery run times and charging times are typical figures under good conditions and will vary with season, weather and placement.

6. Delivery and risk

Risk in the goods passes to you when the parcel is delivered and accepted. Please see our Shipping Policy for delivery times, and our Refund Policy for how to report a damaged or incorrect item after delivery.

7. Returns

Your return and replacement rights are set out in our Refund Policy, which forms part of these terms.

8. Correct use

Our lights are designed for outdoor domestic use, installed as described in the product listing. We are not responsible for damage or loss resulting from incorrect assembly, misuse, modification, or installation in a manner not intended.

9. Limitation of liability

Nothing in these terms limits any liability that cannot lawfully be limited. Subject to that, our liability in connection with any order is limited to the amount you paid for that order. We are not liable for indirect or consequential loss.

10. Intellectual property

The content of this website, including text, images and the Aangan name, belongs to us or our suppliers and may not be copied or used commercially without our permission.

11. Privacy

We handle your personal information as described in our Privacy Policy.

12. Changes

We may update these terms from time to time. The version published on this page when you place your order is the version that applies to it.

13. Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of the Islamic Republic of Pakistan, and the courts of Pakistan have exclusive jurisdiction.
