Where we deliver
We deliver to every city and town in Pakistan that our courier network reaches — Punjab, Sindh, Khyber Pakhtunkhwa, Balochistan, Islamabad, Azad Kashmir and Gilgit-Baltistan.
Delivery charges
Delivery is included in the price shown. There is no separate shipping charge added at checkout.
How long it takes
- Major cities (Karachi, Lahore, Islamabad, Rawalpindi, Faisalabad, Multan, Hyderabad, Peshawar): 2–4 working days
- Other towns and rural areas: 3–6 working days
Orders placed on Sundays and public holidays are dispatched the next working day.
How payment works
Orders are placed on a cash on delivery basis. You pay the courier in cash when the parcel is handed to you. No payment is taken when the order is placed.
When your parcel arrives
Please check your order promptly after delivery. If anything is damaged, missing or incorrect, email us within 24 hours with your order number and a photo or short video, and we will arrange a replacement at no cost to you.
Filming a short video as you unpack the parcel is the quickest way to settle any claim.
If you are not home
The courier will normally attempt delivery two or three times and will call the number on the order beforehand. Please make sure the phone number you give us is one you answer, as an unreachable number is the most common reason a parcel goes back.
Tracking
We will share your tracking number once the parcel is dispatched. If you have not heard from us within two working days of ordering, email digitechworldglobal@gmail.com.
